Newsletter registration

Ellenburg Consulting reserves the right to deny access to the newsletters based on inability to verify the authenticity of your registration information by Ellenburg Consulting

Ellenburg Consulting reserves the right to unsubscribe you from the newsletter, in its sole discretion, at any time without notice. You may unsubscribe from newsletters at any time by submitting feedback. Upon unsubscribing, you will receive an automated confirmation via e-mail that the request was received, and your subscription will be terminated within ten (10) business days.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hamburg, Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hamburg, Germany with respect to any legal proceedings that may arise in connection with the Service or from a dispute as to the interpretation or breach of the Terms of Service.
